Now that you’ve met new members of our team, Sean and Dana, we thought it would be appropriate to introduce you to current members who have been with Eden since the beginning.

We start off with Jennifer Galavotti who joined Eden in the Spring of 2019 after obtaining her MBA at The College of Saint Rose. With her marketing and business background, Jennifer jumped right into her role as Project Coordinator, handling various tasks including running Eden’s social media accounts, helping with Eden’s marketing efforts, and providing support to the Development team. Within the team, she is known for her optimism, superb organization skills, and willingness to take on any task. Get to know the person behind the infectious can-do attitude through her answers to our 5 questions:

Eden: How did you first learn about Eden?

Jennifer: I initially learned about the project coordinator role from my internship supervisor and suggested I apply. I knew very little about the renewable energy sector but applied and started in the office 8 days before graduation.

Eden: What does a day in your work life look like?

Jennifer: If you were a fly on the wall, throughout the day you would find me preparing for and hosting zoom meetings, checking timeline statuses, updating trackers, managing the electronic project filing system, and connecting with colleagues to ensure all tasks are being taken care of. Nearly all the information about our projects comes across my desk.

Eden: If you could describe Eden in three words, what three words would you use?

Jennifer: Small, mighty, agile.

Eden: Any random or interesting fact you could share with us?

Jennifer: I’ve been dancing, recreationally or competitively, for over 2 decades.

Eden: What do you like to do on your days off?

Jennifer: I like to explore all the Capital Region has to offer. Recently, it’s been my mission to visit local waterfalls and watering holes that I haven’t been to yet.

Thanks for all your hard work, Jennifer! And keep up the great work that you do.
