Scientists, Children and Solar Energy: Lessons on the Climate and Ecological Crises [Video]

Our friends at Earth Energy Education recently organized a trip for local primary school pupils to meet scientists from Lancaster University at Park Farm solar farm in Leicestershire. They learned about the broader benefits of well-managed solar farms – not only clean energy generation but also acting as a carbon sink, providing pollinator habitats, and contributing to food production. Park Farm delivers multiple land uses and was developed by the team behind Eden Renewables. Here’s a short film about the visit.
