Get to know Eden: 5 questions with Stephanie Tomlinson
Stephanie Tomlinson is one of the original members of the Eden US team. She started off as Project Administrator in 2018, and was recently promoted as Director of Operations. In her role, Stephanie works closely with the development team and external partners to ensure all operational and administrative systems and processes are managed properly. Her knowledge and experience in the industry also aid the project coordinators to stay focused on important tasks at hand.
But there is more to this woman than what is on her resume. Get to know the person that helps hold the company together through her answers to our 5 questions:
Eden: What originally drew you to Eden Renewables?
Stephanie: Eden has a different philosophy than other developers I’ve worked for in the past. It was appealing to me to join a young company that set itself apart through transparency and ingenuity, it’s been a very fulfilling thing to be a part of.
Eden: What do you like most about your role?
Stephanie: No two days are the same. I have a constant variety of things to do so I never get bored and I get to work in all facets of the company.
Eden: What is your wish for Eden in the next 10 years?
Stephanie: I hope to see Eden continue to grow, in size, production, and geographically.
Eden: Who would you say is your biggest supporter?
Stephanie: Giovanni Maruca. It sounds crazy but I’ve honestly never had a bigger cheerleader. He genuinely wants to see me succeed and goes out of his way to ensure I am not only fulfilling my potential but challenging myself to go beyond it.
Eden: What do you like to do on your days off?
Stephanie: If I’m not working, I’m either traveling or shuttling kids to and from sports. No matter what, I’m with my family and couldn’t enjoy it more.
